Lightly grease a 9 by 13-inch baking dish or a large baking sheet with butter or non-stick spray. Line the base and sides with parchment paper, allowing some overhang to aid in removal.

Melt the unsalted butter in a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Take care to prevent burning.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Immediately add the Fruity Pebbles cereal and, using a greased spatula, gently fold until the cereal is thoroughly coated. Avoid crushing the cereal pieces.

Transfer the cereal-marshmallow mixture onto the prepared parchment. Place a second greased sheet of parchment on top. Press and flatten the mixture into an even rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick, using a rolling pin or your hands.

Remove the top sheet of parchment. If desired, arrange gummy worms, Swedish Fish candies, or Fruit Roll-Ups in a straight line along one long edge of the rectangle.

Using the bottom sheet of parchment, carefully lift and roll the mixture from the edge with the fillings into a tight log. Gently squeeze while rolling to ensure compactness.

Wrap the roll with parchment or cling film and refrigerate for at least 20 to 30 minutes until firm.

Unwrap the log and transfer to a cutting board. Using a large, sharp knife greased with butter or cooking spray, slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds. Arrange pieces on a serving platter.
