Sunshine Salad with Pineapple (Print View)

Tropical fruits and vanilla pudding create a light, sweet, and creamy chilled salad, perfect for gatherings.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 whole fresh pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
02 - 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
03 - 1 can (425 g) mandarin oranges in light syrup, undrained

→ Other

04 - 1 box (approx. 28 g) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

# Directions:

01 - Chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks and slice the bananas evenly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add the pineapple chunks, banana slices, and the entire can of mandarin oranges with syrup.
03 - Evenly sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix over the fruit. Do not add milk.
04 - Stir the fruit and pudding mix together until the mixture is well combined and evenly coated.
05 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving.

01 - Prepare shortly before serving to prevent bananas from browning.
