Preheat the oven to 238°C.

Roll pizza dough into a 38–40 cm round. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture around the outer 2.5 cm of the dough to form the crust.

In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, remaining 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Evenly spread over the surface of the dough, avoiding the crust.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the ricotta mixture.

Firmly press thawed spinach in a colander to remove excess moisture. Evenly distribute spinach on top of the cheeses.

Scatter sliced red onions and grated Parmesan cheese over the pizza.

Transfer the pizza (with parchment) to a baking tray or stone. Bake for 12–13 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
