Spinach Ricotta Mozzarella Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 450 g pizza dough

→ Sauce and Toppings

02 - 15 mL olive oil
03 - 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
07 - 225 g ricotta cheese
08 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 280 g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
10 - 25 g thinly sliced red onions
11 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 238°C.
02 - Roll pizza dough into a 38–40 cm round. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper.
03 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and garlic powder. Brush the mixture around the outer 2.5 cm of the dough to form the crust.
04 - In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, remaining 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Evenly spread over the surface of the dough, avoiding the crust.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the ricotta mixture.
06 - Firmly press thawed spinach in a colander to remove excess moisture. Evenly distribute spinach on top of the cheeses.
07 - Scatter sliced red onions and grated Parmesan cheese over the pizza.
08 - Transfer the pizza (with parchment) to a baking tray or stone. Bake for 12–13 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent excess moisture from softening the crust.
