Spinach with Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons of olive oil
02 - 2 cups of mushrooms, thinly sliced
03 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 pack (5 to 6 oz) of fresh spinach leaves
05 - A pinch (1/8 teaspoon) of salt
06 - A dash (1/8 teaspoon) of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat
02 - Toss in the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Stir around until the mushrooms soften up
03 - Add the spinach, along with the salt and pepper. Let it cook down just until the spinach wilts
