Place all the marinade ingredients into a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.

Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish on both sides. Save a few spoonfuls of the marinade for finishing later. Pour the rest of the sauce over the fish, making sure to coat it well. Let it soak for 30 to 60 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large pan, then cook the fish for about 3 minutes on each side until it has a golden hue.

Pour the reserved marinade over the cooked fish and, if you like, sprinkle a bit of parsley for decoration.
