Flour tortillas packed with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni, baked until golden with garlic butter.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 5 soft taco-sized flour tortillas

→ Filling

02 - 240 ml pizza sauce
03 - 140 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 30 pepperoni slices

→ Topping and Coating

05 - 45 g unsalted butter, melted
06 - 0.7 g garlic powder
07 - 1 g Italian seasoning
08 - 1 pinch salt
09 - shredded parmesan cheese, for topping

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. If using an air fryer, set temperature to 190°C.
02 - Lay out each tortilla and spread with pizza sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or preferred fillings, leaving a border around the edges.
03 - Fold the sides of each filled tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape. Place seam side down on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket.
04 - Combine melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Generously brush mixture over each burrito.
05 - Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the butter-brushed burritos for added flavour and texture.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp, or air fry for 7 or more minutes, monitoring to avoid overbrowning.
07 - Allow burritos to cool for 5 minutes after baking. Serve with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Overfilling the tortillas may cause splitting during baking; leave a clear border for a secure seal.
02 - These may be prepared ahead and stored, then reheated in an oven or air fryer for a crisp exterior.
