Preheat the oven to 190°C. If using an air fryer, set temperature to 190°C.

Lay out each tortilla and spread with pizza sauce, then top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or preferred fillings, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the sides of each filled tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a burrito shape. Place seam side down on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket.

Combine melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Generously brush mixture over each burrito.

Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the butter-brushed burritos for added flavour and texture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp, or air fry for 7 or more minutes, monitoring to avoid overbrowning.

Allow burritos to cool for 5 minutes after baking. Serve with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing if desired.
