In a wide frying pan, warm up the butter and coconut oil over medium-high heat. Lay 4 pineapple slices in the pan, sprinkle some salt and brown sugar, and cook till both sides are beautifully caramelized (roughly 5 minutes per side). Move them to a plate and let them cool a bit.

In a blender, toss in the caramelized pineapple, yogurt, coconut milk, cinnamon, and cardamom. Blend everything together until you get a silky smooth texture.

Fill up your glasses with the blended mixture. Sprinkle a touch of cardamom on top. Slice the last pineapple piece in half and pop it onto the edge of each glass for a nice finishing touch.
