Preheat the oven to 375°F. Just leave your cookie sheets as they are—no greasing needed.

In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter, and both sugars together until fluffy. Stir in the egg until smooth. Slowly add the flour, along with the baking soda and powder, blending into a dough.

Take small scoops of the dough and shape them into 1-inch balls. Roll these in some extra sugar to lightly coat, and arrange them 2 inches apart on your pans.

Pop them in the oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until the edges look slightly browned. Immediately after removing them, press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each one. Let them cool on racks.
