01 - 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks
02 - 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 ounces each)
03 - 16 candy eyes
04 - 1 large egg white

# Directions:

01 - Place mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
03 - Unroll crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and press perforations together to form a single rectangle. Slice dough into thin strips using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
04 - Wrap each frozen mozzarella stick completely with dough strips, leaving small gaps for eyes if desired.
05 - Arrange wrapped cheese sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush lightly with egg white.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled sticks for 30 minutes to help maintain shape during baking.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and immediately press two candy eyes onto each warm cheese mummy before serving.
