# Instructions:

01 - Slice chicken fillets into thin, even pieces. Flatten each slice to ensure an even thickness to facilitate rolling and uniform cooking.
02 - Combine minced red pepper, garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, stirring thoroughly to form a cohesive filling.
03 - Lay each chicken slice flat and evenly spread a portion of filling over the surface. Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure if necessary.
04 - Lightly brush the rolled chicken bites with olive oil to ensure a golden crust during cooking.
05 - Heat a grill pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the chicken rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until all sides turn golden brown and the interior is fully cooked, about 8–10 minutes. Finish in the oven if needed for additional tenderness.
