01 - 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
02 - 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup almond flour
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
03 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the spinach mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each slightly to form rounds.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set.
05 - Allow crisps to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving to enhance their texture.
