Italian Mini Sub Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Base

01 - Pack of 12 buns, cut in half (Hawaiian rolls from Kings work best)

→ Meats

02 - 6 oz ham, cut super thin
03 - 5 oz salami, sliced paper-thin
04 - 5 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced

→ Cheese & Peppers

05 - 9 slices of provolone
06 - 1/3 cup pepperoncini, chopped up
07 - 1/3 cup tangy pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced

→ Seasoned Butter

08 - 1/4 cup melted salted butter
09 - 1 tsp herbs from Italy seasoning mix
10 - 2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced

→ To Serve

11 - 1 cup tomato marinara for dunking (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Put the bottom parts of all buns on your baking tray. Spread the ham pieces all over them.
03 - Stack up the salami, then pepperoni, then cheese slices. Scatter both kinds of peppers around. Pop the top bun halves on everything.
04 - Mix your melted butter with the Italian herbs and crushed garlic in a little bowl until everything's combined.
05 - Spread the tasty butter all over the tops of your sandwiches. Make sure you get it on the sides and in any gaps too.
06 - Wrap some foil over your sliders and pop them in the 350°F oven for about 30 minutes until they look golden on top.
07 - Pull them from the oven, cut between the buns to make individual sliders, and enjoy them hot. Throw some marinara in a bowl for dipping if you fancy it.

# Notes:

01 - Real minced garlic works way better than the stuff from jars when making these sandwiches.
02 - The slight sweetness in Kings Hawaiian buns makes a great match with the salty meats.
