Tasty Ham and Cheese Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Glaze

01 - ¼ cup butter, melted
02 - ½ tablespoon onion flakes (or powdered onion)
03 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
04 - ½ tablespoon poppy seeds
05 - ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Dough and Fillings

06 - 1 pound thinly sliced deli ham
07 - 8 sticks of cheddar cheese
08 - 2 tubes of crescent roll sheets

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get a baking tray ready by either greasing it lightly or covering it with parchment paper.
02 - Take your crescent roll dough and spread it out. Cut each sheet into 4 sections, making 8 pieces in total.
03 - Spread the ham between all 8 dough sections. Add one cheese stick to each piece, placing it on top of the ham. Tuck in the ends, and then roll them up until they’re sealed.
04 - Lay the assembled rolls out on your prepared baking tray.
05 - Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds in a small mixing bowl.
06 - Use a brush to coat each roll with the buttery glaze.
07 - Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden and delicious-looking.
08 - Dig in immediately while your Ham and Cheese Sticks are warm and melty!

# Notes:

01 - Go for high-quality ingredients; top-notch ham and cheddar can really elevate the taste.
02 - Keep the crescent dough chilled until you’re ready to use it to make rolling easier and ensure flaky results.
03 - You can freeze these sticks easily. Assemble them fully, freeze on the tray, then transfer them into a freezer-safe bag.
04 - Pair them with dipping sauces like ranch dressing, marinara, or honey mustard for an extra kick of flavor.
