Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get a baking tray ready by either greasing it lightly or covering it with parchment paper.

Take your crescent roll dough and spread it out. Cut each sheet into 4 sections, making 8 pieces in total.

Spread the ham between all 8 dough sections. Add one cheese stick to each piece, placing it on top of the ham. Tuck in the ends, and then roll them up until they’re sealed.

Lay the assembled rolls out on your prepared baking tray.

Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds in a small mixing bowl.

Use a brush to coat each roll with the buttery glaze.

Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden and delicious-looking.
