Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

01 - 4 big tortillas
02 - 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded or chopped up
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream
04 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced small
05 - 1/2 cup (or more) of grated cheese like mozzarella or cheddar
06 - 1/4 cup cream cheese (soft and easy to mix)
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian spices
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Salt and black pepper to your taste
11 - Parsley, fresh and chopped, sprinkled as a garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the butter in a frying pan, toss in the minced garlic, and cook it for about a minute or two until it smells awesome.
02 - Drop your cooked chicken into the garlic butter and season it up with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it heat through gently.
03 - In a bowl, blend the cream cheese with the sour cream and half the shredded cheese until it's smooth and creamy.
04 - Stir the warmed-up chicken mixture into the bowl of creamy cheeses, making sure everything is blended nicely.
05 - Lay out the tortillas, evenly spread the mixture on each one, sprinkle more grated cheese on top, fold the sides in, and roll them up tightly.
06 - Pop the filled wraps into a hot frying pan and cook them on each side for about 2-3 minutes until they're golden and crisp. Add a sprinkle of parsley if you like before serving.
