01 - 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
03 - 4 large flour tortillas
04 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Au Jus

08 - 2 cups beef broth
09 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
13 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and distribute roast beef evenly over each, followed by shredded cheese.
03 - Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure filling and maintain shape.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
05 - Arrange roll ups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - In a saucepan over medium heat, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until flavors meld.
07 - Cut each roll up into bite-sized portions and serve warm with a side of au jus for dipping.
