Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease up a 12-slot muffin tray properly.

Crack the eggs into a big bowl, then whisk in the milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.

Toss the bread pieces into the bowl and gently combine until they're soaked and coated all over.

Scoop the mixture into the muffin slots, making sure they’re each about three-quarters full.

Pour the melted butter lightly over each muffin cup, trying to cover as evenly as you can.

Let them bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until they rise and turn golden brown.

Once baked, wait a bit for them to cool so you can safely remove them from the muffin tray.

Enjoy while warm! Add cinnamon sugar or maple syrup on top if you'd like.
