# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 6 servings mashed potatoes

→ Protein

02 - 24 ounces cooked popcorn chicken

→ Vegetables

03 - 15 ounces canned corn, drained and heated

→ Sauce

04 - 1 package prepared beef gravy

→ Cheese

05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Directions:

01 - Cook instant mashed potatoes or prepare homemade mashed potatoes to yield six servings.
02 - Bake or fry the popcorn chicken according to the package instructions until fully heated and crisp.
03 - Warm the drained canned corn either in the microwave or over the stovetop until hot.
04 - Mix and heat the beef gravy following package guidelines until the sauce is smooth and hot.
05 - Layer mashed potatoes in individual bowls, top each with corn, then distribute cooked popcorn chicken. Pour beef gravy over the top and finish with shredded cheddar cheese.
