Chili Lime Mango Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sorbet Base

01 - 3 cups frozen mango pieces
02 - 120 milliliters canned full-fat coconut milk
03 - Juice and zest of one large lime
04 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
05 - 1 to 2 teaspoons chili lime seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Place frozen mango, coconut milk, lime juice with zest, maple syrup, and chili lime seasoning in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until fully smooth. Use a tamper if available to ensure all mango pieces are processed.
02 - Transfer the smooth sorbet mixture into a loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Optionally, top with coconut flakes and an extra sprinkle of chili lime seasoning if desired. Cover tightly with foil and freeze until firm.
03 - Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve chilled, garnished as preferred.

# Notes:

01 - If the sorbet is too firm to scoop, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
