Place frozen mango, coconut milk, lime juice with zest, maple syrup, and chili lime seasoning in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until fully smooth. Use a tamper if available to ensure all mango pieces are processed.

Transfer the smooth sorbet mixture into a loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Optionally, top with coconut flakes and an extra sprinkle of chili lime seasoning if desired. Cover tightly with foil and freeze until firm.
