Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups (Print View)

Toasted bread rolls stuffed with melty cheese and brushed with herby garlic butter, baked until golden.

# What You'll Need:

→ Rollups

01 - 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional

→ Garlic Butter

05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Optional Dipping Sauces

10 - Marinara sauce
11 - Garlic herb sauce
12 - Ranch dressing
13 - Spicy ketchup

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.
02 - Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until thin and even to ensure proper sealing and crisp texture.
03 - Distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly along the bottom third of each bread slice. Roll each slice tightly from the cheese end to form a log, sealing the edge with a small amount of melted butter if needed.
04 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt until combined.
05 - Arrange rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. For an alternative method, air fry at 360°F for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
06 - Allow rollups to cool for one minute. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, ensure bread is evenly flattened before rolling and brush the tops thoroughly with garlic butter.
