10 - Two cups of beef broth
11 - One tablespoon of olive oil
12 - One teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

14 - One teaspoon of onion powder
15 - Optional: One teaspoon of smoked paprika
16 - Salt and black pepper, added to your liking

→ Garnishes

17 - A sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley
18 - Crushed red pepper flakes for some spice
19 - A generous grating of Parmesan cheese

# Method:

01 - Start by heating a pan with some olive oil. Put the steak slices in if you're using them, or break apart ground beef as it cooks. Once the beef is browned—should take 3-5 minutes—remove it and leave the flavorful oil in the pan.
02 - Throw the sliced onions and peppers into the same pan with the beef drippings. Let them cook until soft and slightly sweet for about 5-7 minutes. Add in the minced garlic afterward and stir for 30 seconds—when you can really smell it, you're good!
03 - Return the beef to the pan and mix it with those tasty cooked veggies. Pour in your Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powders, paprika (if you're using it), and a little salt and pepper. Stir everything for a couple of minutes to combine.
04 - Now pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir the mixture and let it simmer lightly for 3-4 minutes until you see the sauce start to thicken.
05 - Drop the tortellini straight into the pan with the sauce. Cover the pan up and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir gently while it cooks to make sure every tortellini is covered in that creamy sauce.
06 - Here's where it gets amazing—sprinkle in your shredded cheeses and stir everything together until the cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce. If it feels too thick, add a touch more broth.
07 - Plate up your dish and top it off with parsley, some red pepper flakes if you want heat, or a dusting of Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy while it's still hot!

# Cook's Tips:

01 - You can use any cut of steak you have lying around—ribeye, sirloin, or even leftovers!
02 - If your sauce looks thin when you first make it, no worries—it thickens as it sits.
