# What You'll Need:

→ Rolls and Buns

01 - 12 slider buns, halved horizontally

→ Meat Mixture

02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Cooking Oil

07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ Sauce

08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

→ Cheese and Garnish

11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1/4 cup diced dill pickles

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice slider buns horizontally and arrange the bottom halves on the prepared sheet.
02 - Combine ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Gently mix until ingredients are evenly incorporated, avoiding overmixing.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Shape beef mixture into twelve 2-inch patties. Sear patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
04 - In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth.
05 - Spread sauce on cut sides of the buns. Place cheese, a cooked beef patty, and diced pickles on each bottom bun half. Cover with top buns.
06 - Arrange assembled sliders on the baking sheet. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are toasted. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For uniform slider patties, use a cookie scoop or weigh meat portions before shaping.
