→ Cajun Spiced Grilled Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - 1 teaspoon of spicy Cajun seasoning
03 - Half a teaspoon of ground paprika
04 - A quarter teaspoon of powdered garlic
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
06 - A drizzle of olive oil for the grill

→ Tangy Alabama White Sauce

07 - Half a cup of mayo
08 - 1/4 cup of zingy horseradish sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 - A teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce
12 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
13 - A small pinch of freshly ground black pepper
14 - Some fresh parsley, chopped up for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Use a small bowl to mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper together. Spread it all over both sides of the chicken breasts.
02 - Set your grill to medium-high and brush the grates lightly with olive oil. Grill each chicken piece for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until it’s cooked perfectly.
03 - In another bowl, stir together the mayo, horseradish sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and a dash of black pepper until smooth.
04 - Cut up the grilled chicken into slices and plate it with the Alabama white sauce on the side. Sprinkle some parsley over top to finish.

# Notes:

01 - For even more amazing taste, let the chicken soak in the Cajun spice blend for at least half an hour before grilling.
02 - A meat thermometer is a great tool—make sure to cook your chicken to 165°F (74°C) for safety.
03 - If you like extra heat, don’t be shy—add more hot sauce to the Alabama white sauce.
04 - Pair this dish with some roasted veggies or fluffy mashed potatoes for a hearty meal.
