# What You'll Need:

→ Patties

01 - 3 cups fresh broccoli florets, finely chopped or grated
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

→ For frying

10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Finely chop or grate broccoli florets using a sharp knife, grater, or food processor. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and eggs to the broccoli. Mix thoroughly. If mixture appears too wet, incorporate a small amount of flour for better binding.
03 - Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture per patty and form into even rounds using hands or a spoon.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange patties in the pan without crowding. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden and crisp, adjusting heat as necessary to prevent burning.
05 - Transfer cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or herbs if preferred.

# Notes:

01 - Red pepper flakes or fresh herbs such as parsley or basil may be added for enhanced flavor.
02 - For gluten-free preparation, use almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs.
03 - Baking alternative: Place patties on a parchment-lined tray and bake at 190°C for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
