Set your oven to 400°F. Grab a big 9x13 inch baking dish and pour down a layer of heavy cream to coat the base.

Lay the asparagus in the dish, then sprinkle on some salt and pepper to your liking.

Scatter Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese right on top of the asparagus.

Let it cook for 15–20 minutes in the oven, until the cheesy top gets bubbly and the asparagus is nice and soft.
