Cheesy Baked Asparagus (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
03 - 2 bunches of fresh asparagus
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - A pinch of salt and cracked pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F. Grab a big 9x13 inch baking dish and pour down a layer of heavy cream to coat the base.
02 - Lay the asparagus in the dish, then sprinkle on some salt and pepper to your liking.
03 - Scatter Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese right on top of the asparagus.
04 - Let it cook for 15–20 minutes in the oven, until the cheesy top gets bubbly and the asparagus is nice and soft.
