Throw the chicken, bacon bits, ranch sauce and green onions together in a bowl. Put it aside for now.

Turn your oven on to 350°F (that's 175°C). Get a big baking tray ready with a silicone mat on top.

Lay out the cheese slices on your silicone mat. Make sure they don't touch each other. Pop them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until you see brown edges and bubbling.

Take the tray out and wait about a minute. You want the cheese cool enough to touch but still bendable.

Put some of your chicken mix along one edge of each cheese slice. Roll them up tight and place them with the seam facing down so they stay closed.
