Bacon Ranch Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Taquito Foundation

01 - 6 slices of cheese (mozzarella type)
02 - 1 ½ cups shredded chicken, already cooked

→ Stuffing Mix

03 - ¼ cup crispy bacon pieces (about 2-3 strips)
04 - 1 tablespoon keto-friendly ranch sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon diced green onion

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the chicken, bacon bits, ranch sauce and green onions together in a bowl. Put it aside for now.
02 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (that's 175°C). Get a big baking tray ready with a silicone mat on top.
03 - Lay out the cheese slices on your silicone mat. Make sure they don't touch each other. Pop them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until you see brown edges and bubbling.
04 - Take the tray out and wait about a minute. You want the cheese cool enough to touch but still bendable.
05 - Put some of your chicken mix along one edge of each cheese slice. Roll them up tight and place them with the seam facing down so they stay closed.
