Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 String Cheese Sticks
02 - 6 strips Bacon
03 - 5 tablespoons Rendered Beef Fat

# Instructions:

01 - Put the string cheese sticks in the freezer and leave them overnight.
02 - Take each string cheese and cover it with bacon. Begin from one tip and wind the strip all around until fully covered. Stick a toothpick in to hold it together if it's coming loose.
03 - Drop the beef fat into a pan (cast iron works best). Let it get nice and hot.
04 - Drop your bacon-wrapped cheese into the hot fat. Flip them around so all sides of the bacon get nice and crunchy.
05 - Take them out and set them on paper towels to soak up the extra fat. Don't wait to eat them.
