Easy Air Fryer Steak (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak

01 - Two striploin steaks, each about an inch thick
02 - A tablespoon of canola oil
03 - Freshly ground black pepper and salt

→ Garlic Butter

04 - Two tablespoons of salted butter, softened at room temperature
05 - One garlic clove, minced finely
06 - A teaspoon of freshly chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Before anything, let the steaks sit out for 10-15 minutes to lose their chill. If you'd like, trim any extra fat off.
02 - Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it heat for 5-10 minutes.
03 - Coat the steaks in oil, then season them generously with salt and pepper or your favorite spices.
04 - Place the seasoned steaks in the hot air fryer. Cook for about 10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium, or 14 minutes for medium-well doneness.
05 - While the steaks are cooking, combine the softened butter with minced garlic and parsley in a small bowl.
06 - Take your steaks out of the air fryer and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Spread the garlic butter over the top and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Letting the steaks warm up before cooking helps them cook evenly.
02 - Always preheat the air fryer to get the best results.
03 - Store any leftovers for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze them for as long as 3 months.
