Zesty Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken thighs with skin and bones
02 - 3 tablespoons smooth Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tablespoons chunky whole-grain mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh leaves of thyme
07 - Salt and pepper, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven good and hot at 200°C (400°F).
02 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the smooth Dijon, chunky whole-grain mustard, oil, chopped garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until everything's nicely blended.
03 - Slather that tasty mustard mix all over your chicken thighs, making sure you don't miss any spots.
04 - Lay down some parchment on your baking sheet and put the mustard-covered chicken on top.
05 - Stick the tray in your hot oven and let it cook for about 35-40 minutes until the meat hits 74°C (165°F) inside.
06 - Pull it out and don't rush to serve it. Give the chicken 5 minutes to chill so all the juices stay put.
