Cut yellow onions into very thin rings and arrange them in a single layer on top of the Parmesan cheese.

Lightly brush the sliced onions with avocado oil to promote crisping.

Sprinkle paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper evenly over the onions.

Bake for 18–22 minutes until onions and cheese become golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oven and let chips cool on the pan before breaking into pieces. Serve plain or with a dipping sauce as desired.
