01 - 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
02 - 1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil

→ Spices and Seasonings

04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Grate Parmesan cheese and spread it evenly in a thin layer across the lined baking sheet.
03 - Cut yellow onions into very thin rings and arrange them in a single layer on top of the Parmesan cheese.
04 - Lightly brush the sliced onions with avocado oil to promote crisping.
05 - Sprinkle paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper evenly over the onions.
06 - Bake for 18–22 minutes until onions and cheese become golden brown and crispy.
07 - Remove from oven and let chips cool on the pan before breaking into pieces. Serve plain or with a dipping sauce as desired.
