Tender chicken with herbs and a silky cream sauce, finished with fresh parsley for rich Turkish flavor.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - Salt to taste
09 - Black pepper to taste

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, then sauté until onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3 to 4 minutes.
02 - Season chicken breasts evenly with paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper on all sides.
03 - Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
04 - Pour heavy cream into the pan. Stir gently and simmer on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is slightly thickened.
05 - Transfer the chicken to serving plates. Spoon creamy sauce over the chicken and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allow the sauce to reduce gently for a richer flavor, and avoid high heat to prevent the cream from curdling.
