# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 1 pack shredded cabbage mix
02 - 1 cucumber, diced
03 - 1 bunch scallions, sliced
04 - 1 pack dumplings (store-bought or homemade), prepared

→ Dressing

05 - 1/4 cup coconut aminos
06 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove
08 - 1/2 cup olive oil
09 - 1 inch fresh ginger root, skin removed
10 - 1/3 cup sunflower butter

# Instructions:

01 - Throw coconut aminos, fresh lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, ginger, and sunflower butter into a blender and mix till creamy.
02 - Toss shredded cabbage mix, diced cucumber, and sliced scallions in a bowl. Place your cooked dumplings right on top.
03 - Pour your creamy dressing over everything. Give it a gentle mix and it's ready to eat.
