Thanksgiving Leftover Crunchwrap (Print View)

Holiday leftovers combine in a golden tortilla wrap with turkey, potatoes, cheese, beans, stuffing, and cranberry.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base Components

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup mashed potatoes, leftover
03 - 1 cup green beans, leftover
04 - 1 1/2 cups shredded turkey, leftover
05 - 1 cup cranberry sauce, leftover
06 - 1 cup stuffing, leftover
07 - 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

→ Finishing Touch

08 - 1/2 cup gravy, warmed
09 - Vegetable oil, for pan frying

# Directions:

01 - Spread 1/4 cup mashed potatoes in the center of each flour tortilla. Top with green beans, shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and shredded white cheddar cheese in even layers.
02 - Fold the edges of each tortilla over the fillings, creating overlapping pleats and enclosing the center. Carefully invert each wrap so the pleats rest against the work surface, securing the shape.
03 - Preheat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil to coat the surface. Working one at a time, place a crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook the opposite side for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until both sides are crisp.
04 - Repeat the searing process with remaining crunchwraps. Halve each wrap with a sharp knife and serve immediately with warmed gravy for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure fillings are distributed evenly for consistent flavor in every bite.
