Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C). Give your baking dish a good spray with cooking oil.

Grab a bowl and mix your mayo or yogurt with Parmesan, onion flakes, powdered garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until everything's blended nicely.

If your chicken's too chunky, cut it sideways to make it thinner. Lay the pieces in your greased dish.

Dump the creamy mix on top of each chicken piece, making sure they're totally smothered.

Pop it in the oven for about 35-45 minutes. It's done when the chicken hits 165°F (74°C) inside and looks golden on top.
