In a small bowl, stir together the teriyaki sauce, lime juice, honey, olive oil, and garlic until well blended.

Take about 1/4 of your sauce mixture and put it aside for later use during cooking.

Put your chicken in a covered container or sealed bag and pour the remaining sauce over it. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or keep it in the fridge overnight.

Heat your grill or pan to medium-high and cook the chicken about 6-8 minutes per side until it hits 165°F (74°C) inside.

While the chicken cooks, brush it with your saved sauce. You can also warm the sauce in a small pot to make it thicker before pouring it over the chicken.

Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes after cooking. Then cut it up and serve it with rice, on top of a salad, or however you want.
