# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 lbs farm-fresh chicken breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon regular salt
03 - 1 teaspoon ground pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon oregano flakes
05 - 1 teaspoon smoky paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon ground thyme

→ Tuscan Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon ground thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon smoky paprika
09 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
10 - 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
11 - 1 teaspoon oregano flakes
12 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
13 - ½ teaspoon regular salt
14 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper
15 - ½ teaspoon crushed rosemary

→ Sauce

16 - 4 tablespoons plain butter
17 - 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
18 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
19 - 1 ½ cups full-fat cream
20 - 1 cup natural chicken broth
21 - 3 tablespoons dry white wine
22 - 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
23 - 1 cup hand-grated parmesan
24 - 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
25 - 1 cup torn kale leaves
26 - ½ lemon, cut into thin rounds

# Directions:

01 - Mix your chicken in a big bowl with salt, pepper, oregano, smoky paprika, and thyme until it's totally covered. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to soak up the flavors.
02 - Melt butter in a big 12-inch pan over medium-high heat. Toss in chopped garlic and cook until it smells good and turns clear, about 1-2 minutes. Put in your chicken and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until it's golden brown. Take the chicken out and put it aside.
03 - Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the same pan. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of your Tuscan spice mix until it's all blended. Turn down the heat and slowly pour in cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, and white wine. Stir everything together and let it bubble gently for 1-2 minutes.
04 - Drop in your parmesan, stirring non-stop until it melts and your sauce gets thick, around 2-3 minutes. Add the lemon slices to the mix, then throw in your torn kale and stir it all up.
05 - Put the chicken back in the pan and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until it's fully cooked and soft. Stir the sauce now and then, spooning it over the chicken while it cooks. Take it off the heat when done.
06 - Put your chicken and sauce on top of whatever you like - rice, pasta, or veggies. You can sprinkle more parmesan on top if you want extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh-grated parmesan works way better than the stuff in bags that has those anti-clumping chemicals.
02 - You can let the chicken soak in the spices for up to 4 hours in the fridge if you want stronger taste.
