# Ingredients:

01 - 5-6 small Persian cucumbers, cut into thin rounds
02 - Juice squeezed from 1 fresh lemon
03 - 1 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
04 - 1 tablespoon sumac powder
05 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
06 - 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the sliced cucumbers, fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, sumac, salt, and olive oil together in your serving dish. Use your hands to gently mix for about 2-3 minutes to get all the flavors mingling.
02 - Give it a quick taste and add more sumac if you feel it needs it.
03 - Put a cover on the bowl and leave it out for half an hour so all the tasty flavors can really come together.
