Sweet and Spicy Whipped Feta (Print View)

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese Mixture

01 - 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Crostini

05 - 1 large baguette
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and allow to preheat fully.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine crumbled feta and softened cream cheese. Blend using a mixer or food processor until smooth.
03 - Incorporate honey and red pepper flakes into the cheese mixture. Continue blending until fully integrated.
04 - Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch pieces. Brush each slice on both sides with olive oil.
05 - Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Spread a generous layer of whipped feta mixture on each toasted baguette slice. Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
