Sweet Glazed Pork Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless pork chops, about 2.5 cm thick
02 - 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
03 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish lightly. Lay the pork chops flat inside.
02 - Dust each chop evenly with a tablespoon of brown sugar.
03 - Dot each chop with a tablespoon of butter on top.
04 - Evenly pour the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce over all the meat.
05 - Use aluminum foil to cover the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
06 - Take off the foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens and chops brown nicely.
07 - Before eating, let the chops sit for about 5 minutes so the juices settle.

# Notes:

01 - Chops turn out better if they’re not cold from the fridge before cooking.
02 - Internal temperature should hit 145°F (63°C) to ensure they’re done.
