Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish lightly. Lay the pork chops flat inside.

Dust each chop evenly with a tablespoon of brown sugar.

Dot each chop with a tablespoon of butter on top.

Evenly pour the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce over all the meat.

Use aluminum foil to cover the pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Take off the foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens and chops brown nicely.

Before eating, let the chops sit for about 5 minutes so the juices settle.
