Sweet Chili Eggs Thai Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce Components

04 - 80 millilitres Thai sweet chili sauce
05 - 60 millilitres water
06 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
07 - Salt, to taste

→ Garnish

08 - 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil. Fry the eggs one at a time until both sides are golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
02 - Wipe the skillet with paper towels. Pour in the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil and sauté the minced garlic until light brown. Add Thai sweet chili sauce, water, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
03 - Return the fried eggs to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and cook until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt as needed.
04 - Arrange eggs on a serving plate and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.

01 - For best results, use a non-stick skillet to achieve crispy egg edges without sticking.
