Banana Donut Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 fully ripe banana
02 - ¾ cup self-rising flour (95 grams)
03 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil or coconut oil, with extra for brushing

→ Topping

04 - Sugar and cinnamon blend (mix regular sugar with cinnamon according to preference)
05 - Cooking spray that doesn't stick (avocado oil type works best)

# Instructions:

01 - Smash the banana in a bowl until totally smooth. Throw in the self-rising flour and stir everything together using a fork or spatula.
02 - When the mix looks a bit chunky, get your hands in there and work it until you've got a smooth ball that's a little sticky inside. Don't mix too much though.
03 - Cut the dough into 7 same-sized chunks. Put a tiny bit of oil on your hands and roll each piece into a ball.
04 - Give the air fryer basket a quick spray with non-stick spray. Put the dough balls in with some room between them so they won't stick together.
05 - Pop them in the air fryer at 177°C (350°F) and let them cook for 6 minutes until they turn a nice golden color.
06 - As soon as they come out, brush a little oil on each warm ball and roll them in your cinnamon sugar mix until they're fully covered.
07 - They taste way better when they're still warm, so don't wait to eat them.

# Notes:

01 - You'll want to munch on these treats right after cooking while they're warm and soft.
