# What You'll Need:

→ Mushrooms

01 - 16 medium button mushrooms or cremini mushrooms, stems removed

→ Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
06 - 1 clove garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Topping

11 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs

→ Finishing

13 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove stems and gently hollow out the caps with a small spoon to create space for the filling.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fragrant.
03 - Using a small spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, slightly mounding. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs for the topping. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the stuffed mushrooms and drizzle with olive oil.
04 - Arrange stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms tender. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavor, incorporate finely chopped mushroom stems into the filling mixture.
