# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 150 grams almond flour
02 - 25 grams vanilla protein powder
03 - 1 gram salt
04 - 22 grams crushed freeze dried strawberries

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 80 grams cashew butter
06 - 60 millilitres honey
07 - 30 millilitres almond milk
08 - 5 millilitres vanilla extract

→ Optional

09 - 15-30 grams strawberry jam
10 - Crushed freeze dried strawberries and shredded coconut for rolling

# Instructions:

01 - Place freeze dried strawberries in a ziplock bag and crush using a rolling pin, meat tenderizer, or pulse in a food processor until finely crushed.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, crushed freeze dried strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and salt until evenly incorporated.
03 - Add cashew butter, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, cohesive dough forms.
04 - If dough appears too dry, mix in additional almond milk, 1 teaspoon at a time. If too wet, incorporate extra crushed strawberries until desired consistency is reached.
05 - For additional sweetness and a richer strawberry flavor, fold in 1-2 tablespoons strawberry jam to the dough.
06 - Scoop out 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of dough per bite. Roll each portion between your palms to form uniform balls.
07 - Roll each ball in a mixture of shredded coconut and extra crushed freeze dried strawberries. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm.
