Strawberry Fluff Salad Dessert (Print View)

Creamy strawberry fluff salad with whipped topping, fresh berries, pineapple, and marshmallows.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 box (3 ounces) strawberry flavored gelatin dessert mix
02 - 1 cup hot water
03 - 1/2 cup cold water
04 - 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
05 - 8 ounces whipped topping
06 - 24 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, and sliced
07 - 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
08 - 1 bag (10 ounces) mini marshmallows

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry gelatin dessert mix with hot water. Stir continuously until gelatin dissolves completely and no granules remain.
02 - Add cold water to the bowl and stir to combine. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the mixture to cool slightly without setting.
03 - Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix into the cooled gelatin mixture until the blend is completely smooth and free of lumps. Return bowl to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - Remove the mixture from refrigeration. Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly incorporated and no streaks remain.
05 - Fold in the sliced strawberries, well-drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Gently stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
06 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to thicken and flavors to meld. Serve thoroughly chilled.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, ensure the pineapple is well-drained to prevent excess liquid in the finished dish.
