# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Quesadillas

04 - 4 flour tortillas
05 - 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

→ Optional Enhancements

06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - Extra berries or maple syrup, for topping

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture on half of each flour tortilla. Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese. Fold each tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter if desired. Place the folded tortillas in the skillet and toast for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly crisp.
04 - Transfer quesadillas from the skillet to a cutting board. Allow to rest briefly, then cut into triangles and serve warm with extra berries or maple syrup if desired.
