Strawberry Almond Chia Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 16 oz ripe strawberries, tops cut off and sliced in half
02 - 1 1/2 cups plain vanilla almond milk
03 - 1 container (5.3 oz) strawberry Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tsp vanilla flavor

→ Thickening Agent

05 - 1/2 cup chia seeds

→ Sweetener

06 - 5 tsp natural maple syrup

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 1 tbsp nut butter
08 - Fluffy whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Throw your halved strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla flavor, and nut butter (if using) into a blender. Whizz until completely smooth.
02 - Empty your strawberry blend into a big bowl. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and stir well until everything's mixed up. Make it sweeter by adding more maple syrup if you want.
03 - Leave your mixture alone for about 15 minutes so it can start getting thicker.
04 - Give everything another good stir to break up any lumps. Put a cover on the bowl and stick it in the fridge for 4 hours or leave it overnight.
05 - Dish it up cold with your favorite toppings like whipped cream, chocolate bits, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of nut butter.

# Notes:

01 - You can cut this recipe in half for fewer servings - just use about 1 1/2 cups of strawberries instead.
