Throw your halved strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla flavor, and nut butter (if using) into a blender. Whizz until completely smooth.

Empty your strawberry blend into a big bowl. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and stir well until everything's mixed up. Make it sweeter by adding more maple syrup if you want.

Leave your mixture alone for about 15 minutes so it can start getting thicker.

Give everything another good stir to break up any lumps. Put a cover on the bowl and stick it in the fridge for 4 hours or leave it overnight.
