Easy Sticky Honey Gochujang Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cooking the Chicken

01 - 6 boneless chicken thighs with the skin left on
02 - 2 grated garlic cloves
03 - 3 green onions, keep the green and white parts apart

→ For the Sauce

04 - 2 tbsp of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
05 - 2 tbsp of sweet honey
06 - 3 tbsp of rice vinegar
07 - 1 tbsp of soy sauce
08 - 1 tbsp of sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - If the thighs still have bones, take them out but keep the skin attached
02 - Combine the grated garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, gochujang, and the white onion bits in a bowl and whisk well
03 - Rub the chicken evenly with the marinade, allowing it to absorb the flavors for at least 15 minutes
04 - Set the air fryer to 375°F and cook the thighs for 20 minutes, turning them over halfway through. Check for golden color and that the internal temp hits 165°F
05 - Heat oven to 425°F and bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes, flipping it halfway. Use the broiler in the last 3 minutes if you want crispy skin
06 - Sprinkle over the chopped green onion tops and plate it with some rice on the side

# Notes:

01 - To make the skin crispier, start with the skin facing the heat in the air fryer
02 - Don’t stack the chicken; place it in a single layer to cook evenly
