# What You'll Need:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 1 pound chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
03 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ For the Sauce

04 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
05 - 3 tablespoons honey
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, optional

→ For the Noodles

09 - 8 ounces rice noodles or egg noodles

→ For Garnish

10 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
11 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes to create the sauce. Set aside.
02 - Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until each piece is evenly coated.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir continuously to coat and allow the mixture to simmer until the sauce thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes.
05 - Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
06 - Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken and sauce. Toss gently until all ingredients are well combined.
07 - Top with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
