Steak Topped Chopped Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - ⅓ cup Zesty Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce

→ Steak

02 - 12 oz sirloin or filet steaks
03 - 1 Tbsp bold steak spice mix
04 - ½ tsp powdered garlic
05 - ¼ tsp table salt

→ Salad

06 - 8 cups chopped romaine hearts
07 - 4 boiled eggs, diced
08 - ½ cup sliced grape tomatoes
09 - ¼ cup sweet corn
10 - 1 Tbsp diced red onion or shallots
11 - 1 small ripe avocado, diced or cut into slices
12 - Sprigs of basil or fresh thyme for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Whip up your Zesty Lemon Herb Tahini Sauce from scratch or grab some ready-made. Put it aside for now.
02 - Rub your steaks with bold steak spice, powdered garlic, and salt on each side. Cook on a hot grill about 4-5 minutes each side until medium.
03 - Pull the steaks off and let them sit quietly for 5 minutes. Then cut into skinny strips.
04 - Throw your romaine, diced eggs, grape tomatoes, sweet corn, diced onion, and avocado into a big bowl or flat plate.
05 - Lay those steak strips on top of your greens, pour sauce all over, and throw some fresh herbs on there.

# Notes:

01 - Your steaks will cook better if you don't use them cold from the fridge.
02 - You can make your sauce a few days early and keep it in the fridge.
