# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 package puff pastry, thawed
02 - or 1 package pizza dough

→ Filling

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
05 - 2 medium fresh jalapenos, thinly sliced
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Finish

07 - 1 large egg, beaten

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Stir until well-blended and smooth.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut the dough into even strips approximately 2 inches wide.
04 - Spoon filling onto one half of each pastry strip. Fold each strip in half lengthwise, gently press the edges to seal, then twist to create a spiral shape.
05 - Arrange the filled twists on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the surface with beaten egg for a golden finish.
06 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed and deep golden brown. Serve warm.
