05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (vegan or regular)
06 - 1/3 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

11 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
12 - 2 ounces feta or cotija cheese, crumbled
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

# Directions:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat for roasting the corn.
02 - Brush each ear of corn evenly with olive oil, then season all sides generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
